FRIDAY, JAN. 18

Noon-6 p.m. – The Expo, The Belle of Baton Rouge Atrium, 103 France St. More than 50 health and fitness exhibitors will be on hand.

SATURDAY, JAN. 19

8 a.m. – The Advocate Cypress 5K, start/finish at Capitol Park Museum, 660 N. Fourth St.

9:30 a.m. – The Advocate Kids Marathon, start/finish at the Capitol Park Museum.

9:30-11:30 a.m. – Family Fest at the Louisiana State Museum. Post-race party for the two morning runs. The event is open to the public and will include music, an obstacle course, inflatables and more.

10 a.m.-5 p.m. – Expo continues, The Belle Atrium.

Noon-4 p.m. – Speakers on various fitness topics. Free and open to the public. The Belle Atrium.

5:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. — Pasta Dinner with speakers, two seatings. Tickets are $8 for youngsters and $20 for adults. The Belle Atrium.

SUNDAY, JAN. 20

7 a.m. – The Louisiana Marathon & The Half, start/finish at steps of the State Capitol.

9 a.m.-2 p.m. – Finish Festival, AZ Young Park, 755 Third St. Music by Double Date with Joelle Savoy and the Hot 8 Brass Band. There will also be food and drink.

12:30 p.m.-- Awards Ceremony at the festival.

6-9 p.m. – After-Race-After-Party, Manship Theatre at the Shaw Center for the Arts, 100 Lafayette St. Papa Grows Funk will play.
