Pennington studies

How long should you exercise to get the most benefit? Can a walking program help improve your health and lower blood pressure? Those are two questions experts at Pennington Biomedical Research Center need your help with to answer. The exercise benefit study is looking for individuals ages 18 to 65 not currently in a structured exercise program. You can earn up to $400 for participation. The walking study needs women ages 45 to 75 years old. You can earn up to $100 if you get chosen for this study. For more information on both studies, call (225) 763-3000 or visit www.pbrc.edu.
