Back Extension: Lie face down on the floor, arms overhead holding towel taut. Slide your shoulder blades down your back. Inhaling, pull your stomach in, then lift arms, head and chest. Think of hovering off the floor. Keep your head in line with your shoulders and feet down. Don’t crunch your neck. Exhaling, lower to resting position. Take a deep breath, stretching your back. Repeat 10 times.
