BeFitBR Workout for June 2013

Rocking horse -- Stand with right foot forward, left foot back, shoulders aligned with hips. Shift your body weight backward, lifting your right knee and, with palms cupped, pulling your arm upward toward your chest. Rock forward, lifting your left foot in a hamstring curl and, reversing palms, push down through the water. Repeat 25 times, then switch to opposite side.
